Future archivist will learn basic techniques needed to store, preserve and display letters, photographs and artwork on paper.

At the Archives: January 17, 2014

The City of Ottawa Archives will be one of the regional hosts for the Canadian Archives Summit: Towards a New Blueprint for Canada’s Recorded Memory. The Summit will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014. Please join us from 8:00am to 5:00pm to watch the live streaming of the summit and discuss the papers and presentations. Summaries of our discussions will be made and returned as feedback to the Summit. The City of Ottawa Archives will host the live stream of the Archives Summit in two rooms at 100 Tallwood Drive: - Room 226 (capacity 17) will provide the opportunity of discussion in French, - Room 115 (capacity 60) will provide the opportunity of discussion in English.
